Dubai International
Finance Centre is the hub around which the commercial
sector of Dubai is based. Business Bay, adjacent to DIFC,
concentrates on finance based businesses. The commercial towers
of Business Bay, including the iconic Nicky Lauda Tower, have
been regularly decribed as the "Canary Wharf" of
Dubai.
All business centres world wide have a huge demand for on
site parking, none more so than Dubai. What well dressed executive
wants to walk to work in 50°C? The demand for parking,
therefore, exceeds supply, the perfect scenario for investors.

The car park spaces available here are all an integral part
of the business towers, there is no requirement to step out
of the air conditioned environment. They are not stand alone
multi-storey car parks aimed at short term shoppers but directly
beneath the towers and aimed at long term business rental
contracts.
There is a very strong arguement to support the opinion that
investing in car park spaces is a safer, more robust investment
than "normal" property. Firstly the level of investment
can be much lower but, more importantly, how often have you
ever seen the cost of parking go down?
